REQUIRED SKILLS

- Banking experience.
- Knowledge on accounting Software-Implementation.
- Financial Reporting & Audit.
- RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance.
- Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
- Policy Formation in compliance with RBI Guidelines.
- CBS/GL Knowledge.
- SEBI /Equity Listing Agreement.


ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Financial reporting & audit. Annual& Quarterly accounts.
- Responsible for co-ordination with the Statutory and Internal Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit.
- Analytical Review of Financial for decision making.
- Co-ordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs/financials, to the Teams, for the yearly/quarterly MIS reporting.
- Responsible for the preparation and filing of regulatory reports under SEBI, Companies Act etc.
- Conduct the following tasks: Compliance and Reporting, process improvements, and risk and controls assessment.
- Assist Director Finance.


QUALIFICATION

- Chartered Accountant
