Financial Accounting
We Offer...
- Ensure integrity and completeness of financial records, including transaction processing, reconciliations and the establishment of accounting processes and policies
- Preparation and Finalisation of Accounts as per Indian Gaap.
- Co-ordinating with Auditors for Finalisation of Accounts, Tax Audit and Certification work
- Month end reporting as per CS Group requirement
- Monthly reporting for STPI
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information
- Responsible for GLASS Sign off and ensuring that there are adequate back up of the same as per the policy improvement
- Prepare tax calculations, maintain tax records, liaise with tax team and prepare information for various details required during the Tax assessment
- Responsible for responding to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders (internal and external)
- Accountable for adherence to CS Accounting Policy
- Liaise with various controlling teams across the region
- Responsible for driving process improvement and efficiencies
You Offer...
- Experience in exposure to STPI reporting process is desirable
- Previous exposure to Financial reporting & Management Reporting is desirable.
- Knowledge of Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax
- Anticipates the needs of others and adapts own behaviour to build stronger relationships
- Manages interactions to resolve conflicts and/or differences
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service ethic, subject to maintaining an appropriate control environment.
- Financial reporting and internal controls
- Operations accounting and support
- Business performance reporting
- Business analysis and support
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Relevant degree including accounting major
- Postgraduate accounting qualification – Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- 1+ years post-qualified accounting experience
