What you will be doing
 Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the entire "end to end" financial/business processes 
 Able to Independently manage the scoping of various process reviews along with the realistic timelines 
 Perform walkthroughs to identify control gaps, if any 
 Developing action plans for control failures, monitoring progress and reporting 
 Validating compliance with relevant accounting policies and highlighting inconsistencies 
 Prior project management  and Team Management experience is desirable 

Skills required: 
1)Overall Experience – 6 - 10 years if the candidate is a non-CA 
2)Overall Experience- 2-4 years (post qualification experience) for CA profiles 
3)Self Starter and a willingness to understand the process, ask the right questions and arrive at the root cause 
4)Good written and verbal communication skills
