We are now inviting applications for some freelance positions

VP-Content & Creativity

The incumbent would have

a) Tremendous flair for creativity
b) Good academic interest
c) Strong belief in the 'jugaad philosophy' of life
d) Ability to tinker with technology such a web designing and social media
e) Must take immense pride in creating a rich collection of theme based content on our websites
f) Handle critical tasks such as shortlisting of resumes etc
g) Posting on websites

Would have to spare max of an hour or two daily with no fixed commitments; its content creation on the go

To prevent conflict of interest, we would not entertain candidates who already have websites of their own

Payment would be a function of hours spent and quality that emerges out of your work. Hourly realisation would be better than articleship stipend :)

Going forward, we intend to move to more transparent mechanism compensation structures
