- Leading the M&A function of the Company
- Liasoning with Bankers/external consultants for identification of suitable targets.
- Leading all M&A workstreams including target identification and analysis,due diligence,negotiations,structuring,transaction agreements etc
Desired Skills and Experience
Candidates with an overall of 15 + years of experience with at least 10 + years of M&A experience involved in handling multiple deals from Corporates/Investment Banking/Big 4 with preferably a Management Degree/CA from a reputed institute should apply .
