Desired Candidate Profile 

• Ensure timely review of Contracts above USD 1 Million. Review contracts which have financial impact due to special clause. Discuss the same with PCCG team & arrive at revenue recognition method. Also analyze US GAAP impl ications with Revenue reviewer 

• Identify US Sales and Use Tax applicability for contracts. Discuss with tax team and arrive at taxability. Also ensure change in tax rates are effected in PS for various regions (US, Europe and APAC) 

• Review tickets raised in Finance Helpdesk and bring it to a closure within identified SLA limits 

• Participate in various review meetings of STP/SEZ & Entities restructuring as initiatives. Prepare list of legal entities as per Management directive and circulate it to Delivery/Sales and BFM team at regular intervals 

• Onsite/offshore revenue transfer for IGS US and IGS Canada branch on a monthly basis 

• Ensure key controls in SOX and review SOX Audit Schedules 

• Prepare Audit schedules and involve in SOX, IGAAP and US GAAP audits 

• Review CDMS (Customer Document Management System) and circulate reports wherever required to Delivery/Sales to upload documents
