- Responsible for all aspects ofGeneral Ledger, Banking & Treasury, Statutory Reporting & Compliances(Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Returns, PF returns, etc.),Periodic/Quarterly/Yearly Books Closing, Reconciliations, Management Reporting
- Take independent decisions on allFinance and reporting activities
- Primary role in the application ofinternal controls for all Finance areas, including liaison with the U.S. Firms’Internal Controls Group and Internal Audit team.
- Interact with Senior Leadership inthe U.S Firm Controllers' Group on accounting operations, GL consolidation andcontrols, and integration with the US firm.
- Analysis and communication ofoperating results focusing on key variances (to plan), including regularupdates to leadership, suggested actions where needed as well as activeparticipation in driving such actions/efforts
- Be a key player on all majordecision making, MIS & leadership updates.
- Provide proactive advice to functionalleadership focusing on managing the business and the attainment of financialand operational goals.
- Actively participate in providinginsights, recommendations, leverage and support to leadership in areas such ascompensation process, implementation of newer processes and changes in firmsystems, etc.
- Develop, guide, motivate and retainmanagers and team.
- Define KPIs, Drive decisions ontalent hiring decision and department spends.
- Drive & Maintain relationshipswith agencies, Tax Advisors & Benefits Service Providers.
