Qualification/s :
ACA (Associate of Chartered Accountants Institute) 3 ½ years of professional training cum study with a firm of Chartered Accountants
Desired addition:
ACS (Associate of Company Secretaries Institute)
3 yrs of professional study whole working with any organisation
Graduate in Law
Essentials:
Engineering industry preferably with contracting activities
Preferably from Petrochemical industry or related experience range from 20 to 30 years with following essentials.
(i) Hands on experience with accounting softwares like Tally, SAP
(ii) Budgeting and finalization of accounts
(iii) Controlling finance and costs
(iv) Cost controls related to Purchases & Sales
(v) Preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports
(vi) Direct taxes and indirect taxes
(vii) Dealing with external tax authorities
(viii) With Multinational companies
(ix) Managing all audit requirements
Desired additions:
(i) In Company’s Secretarial practices
(ii) Co-ordination with other non-technical functions like Procurement, HR.
(iii) Exposure to Risk management and insurance coverage
(iv) Claims management
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in EPC Companies, engineering firms involved in process plant design is preferred
