May perform one or more of the following:
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing CA SiteMinder solution. Experience in other
- Access Management solution will be added plus. Should have at least one implementation experience on CA Federation Manager.
- Should have excellent troubleshooting skills, resolve issues as per SLA and provide RCA and RCCA for the issues.
- Should have executed at least 4 end to end CA Access Management projects.
- Good knowledge on application security technologies.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Good knowledge about IT infrastructure components like web server, application server, directory, database and LDAP.
- Exposure to web services security.
**Job Role:
- Installation, configuration, administration of CA Siteminder webagent/Policy servers in linux.nix.indows environment.
- Installation, testing and deployment of new versions of software, hotfixes and security fixes
- Writing Shell/Perl script to automate SM/LDAP administration related task.
- 1-3 years of CA siteminder webagent/ Policy server/overall configuration, troubleshooting, patch application, configuring replication, encryption, patch application, etc.;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to address real-time production issues and restore service from an operations stand-point.
- Provide support for CA SiteMinder and CA Federation Manager Solution, Application Security, Infrastructure Security solutions,
- Operate in 24x5 shifts as required, On-call support.
- Implement IAM solution, modification, upgrades, migrations, bug fixes and enhancements.
