| Transfer Pricing CoE assists GE businesses (Energy Infrastructure, Aviation, Transportation, Healthcare and Capital) in complying with transfer pricing documentation requirements for ~50 countries. | |
| The candidate would be required to: • Work in close co-ordination with the business / country tax and finance teams to understand intra-group transactions; • Analyze transactions / perform benchmarking analysis using databases. The final output is a report justifying the transfer prices and involves application of legislations under specific transfer pricing regime; • Prepare transfer pricing documentation workplan in discussion with the business transfer pricing leaders and provide periodic update on the progress; • Review transfer pricing reports and comparable searches performed by the team and provide qualitative inputs; • Provide transfer pricing support on audits / litigations and review transfer pricing policy of complex transactions. | |
| • Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance or Masters in Economics • 2 to 3 years of experience in transfer pricing preferably in a Big 4 or leading accounting / law firm | |
| • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong research and analytical abilities • Good business acumen / industry knowledge • Ability to work in a team |
