Description

Effective Monthly Closure of Books within the company timelines

Handle Financial reporting including Sch VI, CMIS, XBLR, Investor Disclosures, Information to SEBI, HFM

Handle Limited company Financials independently. Review all schedules and disclosures

Handle Internal, External, Tax Audit

Handle Capitalization & Depreciation

Handle Fixed Asset Verification

Handle corporate returns, computations of deferred tax asset & liabilities and  compliances related to direct taxes including TDS

Support MIS and other teams

SAP Exposure is Must

CA - 8 to 10 Yrs of Exp

Sch 6 Finalisation

Audit Handling Big 4
