REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Well versed with Product knowledge of Export finance, Import finance, Remittances, ECB (External Commercial Borrowing), Buyers and Suppliers Credit, etc. 
  • Deep knowledge of risk profile & regulatory treatment of Trade and Supply Chain and associated risk and portfolio management practices. 
  • Strong communication, analytical and general technology skills and awareness 
  • Highly motivated, discipline and able to work in team environment 
  • Strong inter personal skills & ability to manage stakeholders 
  • Strong knowledge in product development, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
  • Work closely with the Product Management Head - Trade, to design and create trade product suite of the bank, aligned with business objectives and that match client's requirements
  • Work towards establishing & roll out of Trade products & solutions for clients across all segments as per business strategy and competition benchmarks.
  • Evaluate key technology and operation partners for best trade product offerings.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for communicating the product specifications & features to technology and operations for initial launch.
  • Work closely with technology team in development and launch of trade products by providing business inputs to technology team and owning UAT and pre-launch modifications from business perspective.
  • Work with Trade Product Head to provide products offering for Trade & Remittances across Corporate and Retail segments with overall Product Strategy, Planning and Execution.
  • Device procedures & controls to manage operational, commercial, legal, reputational and settlement risk.
  • Coordinate with support departments during the product development process to ensure smooth operations from the time of launch.
  • Coordinate with Technology to implement new solutions on a regular basis
  • Take feedback from front-end teams to ensure customer needs are met through product solutions; provides inputs for product development, pricing/ charges.
  • Ensure quick resolution to clients' queries and problems within mutually agreed upon turnaround time.
  • Training and coaching sales managers on Trade Finance products.
