Description

  Be an integral part of the COE and provide finance support to the Integrated Supply Chain group
 Specific responsibility to support the Finance and Business Leaders by providing ISC/Factory Metrics and Analysis like:
a. Inventory Flash to Leadership – Gross and Net Inventory movement by Factory / Region
b. Labor Efficiency – Conversion Costs and Cost Per Hour
c. ISC Indirect Spend Split and Summary – YoY, current spend vs. target 

d. Purchase Price Variance reporting and analysis for every factory
e. Report out the results of Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance initiatives (VE /CE) by partnering with the R&D and Finance
f. Develop and implement financial trend reports to identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in current financial plan/forecast
 Understanding on the Manufacturing Cycle and should have an insight on factory control measure around material movements types
 Experience/knowledge on Key Factory performance metrics that helps improving efficiency, deriving a relationship between conversion cost, earned hour and paid hours.
 Exposure to Inventory Optimization techniques, Exposure to Key metrics like AWPT, DSO, DPP.
 Exposure to Quality and Delivery Initiatives around Factory Operating Systems, understanding of Six Sigma philosophies
 Support functional reporting requirements and drive continued improvements in automating reporting and analysis
 Play the role of a functional expert in SAP, Hyperion Financial Management and other business reporting tools 
 

Qualifications

 Qualification and Professional Experience:

1. A minimum degree in commerce / finance (equivalent of Bachelor’s degree).

Technical Abilities:

1. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management is a must.
2. Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel , Word, Access and Power point)
3. Fluent in verbal English and in written communication
4. Strong financial analysis skills; ability to think outside of traditional role to evaluate business implications
5. Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands
6. Self-starter and self-finisher with high energy level
7. Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
8. Quickly adapts to changing circumstances
9. Understanding of key business drivers
10. Demonstrated capability of managing multiple, concurrent tasks
11. Excellent Data Mining skills
12. Expert level knowledge in Financial Analysis and Reporting


Additional:
1. Additional qualifications are preferable like MBA Finance, CPA, CWA-Inter, ACS-Inter, CA Inter or other professional courses in Finance / Accounts (including candidates pursuing final year of MBA Finance, CFA or other professional courses)MBA (or equivalent) is a plus
2. Six Sigma skills preferred
3. Self motivated, self-starter, result oriented individual
4. Ability to learn quickly and improve / implement financial forecasting process
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
