Roles & Responsibilities - include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives
 
This position is with the IM Derivatives Processing team. The position is located in Mumbai and the team supports various  Portfolio managers/ Trade teams. Derivatives Support is an expanding department, with high volume requiring a candidate who is hands-on and detail-oriented. Candidate should be highly motivated for this high profile position; Overtime is frequent and required. 
Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Reconcile OTC positions daily with all counterparties
  • Resolve outstanding derivatives issues with brokers and custodians
  • Prepare daily domestic futures reconciliations for start of day process
  • Swap settlement confirmation with brokers
  • Systems and data maintenance
  • Communicate daily exposure reports to internal counterparts
  • Prepare and send out daily OTC holding reports
  • Update Derivative Metrics for Futures & OTC's on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
  • Other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

Essential Skills / Educational Background
