Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities - include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives
This position is with the IM Derivatives Processing team. The position is located in Mumbai and the team supports various Portfolio managers/ Trade teams. Derivatives Support is an expanding department, with high volume requiring a candidate who is hands-on and detail-oriented. Candidate should be highly motivated for this high profile position; Overtime is frequent and required.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Reconcile OTC positions daily with all counterparties
- Resolve outstanding derivatives issues with brokers and custodians
- Prepare daily domestic futures reconciliations for start of day process
- Swap settlement confirmation with brokers
- Systems and data maintenance
- Communicate daily exposure reports to internal counterparts
- Prepare and send out daily OTC holding reports
- Update Derivative Metrics for Futures & OTC's on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Other related duties as assigned
