FC
Controls is a key monitoring function in Financial Control. The team is
responsible for adoption and execution of FC global policies and
practices in the region. The team is also responsible for ongoing
monitoring and tracking of Key performance indicators and providing
management with relevant dashboards in this regard.
The key responsibilities of the role includes
§ Preparation of FC Dashboard for Group Financial Reporting team in Asia
§ Tracking and preparing MI on the key control themes for the month
§
Compiling dashboard and tracking the progress on Statutory account and
audit for various entities in the region
§ Support Balance Sheet Control in global control initiatives
§ Coordination of SOX and self assessment
Preparation of global and regional FC Metrics pack
Technical Knowledge
Essential:
- Accounting background / experience in accounting
- Strong academic background – 1st /2nd class honors, minimum bachelor degree from a reputable institution
§ Qualified Accountant – CA, CPA, ACCA
Experience
Essential:
- 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
- Background in Finance / Banking
§ Experience in control / monitoring function or audit function
- Investment banking experience preferred, but not essential

Preferred:
Experience
of working in SAP financial accounting or investment banking
middle-office / back-office accounting and settlement systems.
