1. Back office financial data processing
2. Adherence with TDS Laws while processing payments
3. Adherence of Service Tax Laws while processing payments
4. Bank Reconciliation
5. Vendor Reconciliations
6. Processing of freight payments both Inward & Outward
7.Customer satisfaction 
Job Description
The Incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1. Processing of accounting transactions in Baan Finances Treasury & JV (Journal Voucher) Module
2. Availing of Service tax input credit & ensuring proper documentation
3. Regular interaction with banks & ensuring completion of bank reconciliation on time
4. Coordinating with HO treasury section for ensuring better funds management
5. Bill matching for freight payments


Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce
Experience Details
Essential Experience: 1 - 3 years of work experience
