| • Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reports for executive management • Analyse accounting information and create various management reports that are actionable, accurate and timely • Perform other accounting activities in collaboration with MWH worldwide finance teams, with accuracy and high quality • Develops and maintains strong business relationships with global finance peers • Perform intercompany reconciliations, work on Fixed Asset maintenance • Prepare business performance dashboards | |
| • Bachelors Degree in Commerce or equivalent (B.Com. /M.Com/MBA/CA Inter or CWA Inter) • Additional qualification in accounting / finance (diploma or certificate course) will be a plus • 4 -6 years of experience in maintaining accounts, reconciliations and financial reporting and analysis • Experience in Computerized Accounting systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced excel skills, e.g. using pivot tables to analyse and report on large volumes of data) • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Strong team and collaboration bias • Willingness to learn and ask questions in a positive, non-confrontational manner • Flexibility to perform diverse types of job as well as work with different time zones | |
| • Experience in using major ERP accounting software packages (Knowledge of JDE is an added advantage) • Exposure to international accounting practices (US GAAP and IFRS) • Experience in working with global teams and US multinationals; valid Visa to travel to the US a plus. • Experience in Accounts Payable • Experience in Accounts Receivable • Experience in Accounts General ledger • Experience in Accounts Payable • Experience in Reconciliations | |
