· The Acct Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the implementation project.
· Expected to do Account Oversight.
· Technical competent to get involved in high level Estimations.
· Serve as the main driver of the client relationship and communication.
· Oversee the budget, timeline, resources, scope, change requests, status report and sales interface for projects across the engagement
· Produce a detailed project plan to match customer requirements (only where needed)
· Document and gain approval for customer requirements definition
· Participate in completion and implementation solution documentatio
Job Description
· Should be able to get involved in planning activities.
· Will have to maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations.
· Will have to implement strong program management practices (change requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking) and contribute to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices
· Assist sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline and deliverables
· Will Oversee the budget, timeline, resources, scope, change requests, status report and sales interface for projects across the engagement
· Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts
· Lead internal project team meetings and meetings with the customer
· Participate in internal projects as required Customer Relationship Management, Handle Escalations, Technical Oversight
