Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance & Management of the Fixed Asset System
2. Documenting, reviewing and enhancing financial accounting of Accounts Payables.
3. Oversee accounting for payments from treasury & cash book
4. Take a lead in the ERP Implementation for Fixed Assets
5. Setting up a system for ITR reconciliation

Job Description
The incumbent would be responsible for:
1. Additions and deductions to be accounted accurately and in timely manner in both Fixed Asset Register and ERP system. Training on decentralization of Fixed Asset Register.
2. Preparing reconciliations on quarterly basis.
3. Tax Audit schedules to be made - Half yearly and Year End Schedules to be made for closing and Statutory Audit.
4. Monitoring of proper accounting of payments and processing of cheques accurately and timely.
5. Improve process, checks and control of treasury and expense accounting operations.
6. Designing & Mapping of Business processes in new ERP
7. Review & control over write off for fixed assets are properly authorised
8. Review of CWIP and its aging
9. Preparation of Depreciation (Statutory & Income Tax) statements
10. Preparation of all year-end schedules for Fixed Assets
11. Master Data management for Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset system.
12. Reconciliation of closing balance of company's balance with balance shown in a subsidiary company
