The role is responsible for ensuring the Financial Reporting Governance, Risk and Quality of Hubs Finance outputs and the compliance of services to required Controls, Policies and Procedures.
The role will identify mechanisms to monitor Quality of services via an effective controls framework which will also aid in the development of
Improvement initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence across Hubs Finance services.
The role will support in the formulation of; the definition, measurement, improvement and performance of the end to end process via effective reporting of Service Quality and Controls compliance.
Qualification
- A Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Detailed knowledge of model type
- Strong stakeholder management along with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrated technical ability i.e., audit, risk, quality and governance functions
- Experience working in Audit and Finance functions
- Experience working within a Control and Risk Management Framework
- Results orientation - results focus in a rapidly changing global
- Strategic Orientation - contribute to global strategy development and implement strategies to local environment
