Job Introduction
The incumbent will be a relationship manager in a team that manages relationships with companies having topline of ranging between than INR 2.5 B to INR 15 B. He will be responsible for generating revenues as well as managing risk for a portfolio of such corporates.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Commercial Banking team.
Principal Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of Corporate Bank Middle Market (MME) clients and to position the bank as the preferred service provider with this client base.
• Drive acquisition of new clients in MME space. One of the jobholder’s key challenges will be to significantly grow the Bank’s lending portfolio in the middle market space
• To be the primary relationship manager for the assigned portfolio of existing customer base and to achieve account profitability targets through focused marketing efforts.
• Ensure growth in the existing portfolio through client planning / wallet share exercise and cross sell of diverse products across the corporate banking space such as PCM, GTRF, TRY and Event opportunities
• Contribute to the creation of new business opportunities for the bank
• Ensure that positive customer relationships is fostered and increase visibility in the marketplace.

Skills
• Strong credit skills to ensure quality of the credit is maintained across existing portfolio and new acquisitions
• Ability to analyze financial statements, cash flows, industries, trade and working capital cycles, etc
• Ability to analyse macroeconomic indicators, industry cycles and overall business environment and adapt account strategies in line with the same
• Has to ensure that the credit quality of the existing and newly acquired relationships is in line with the Bank’s acceptable credit parameters
• Be well versed with banks policies, guidelines, etc on credit related issues.
• Manage stressed accounts in line with bank’s policies.
Experience and Qualification
• Minimum 3-4 years of front line corporate banking / transaction banking (covering corporate customers) experience/ support RM role in corporate banking .
• MBA / CA / professional qualification will be desirable, though not mandatory
