Our Transaction Services group is experiencing unprecedented demand and requires Deputy Manager (s) with 3 - 4 years of transaction services experience to join our team.
In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of Transaction services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 - 4 years of transaction services experience
- Knowledge of various due diligence techniques and desirable to have experience of undertaking financial analysis
- Familiarity with various Accounting Standards
- Understanding of business analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication & analytical approach
- Advanced knowledge of Excel & Excel based modeling skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and execute assignments within deadlines
- Proactive and willing to look for ways to improve processes and procedures
- Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills backed by an enthusiastic approach and a diligent client focus
