Your client responsibilities
- As a part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the employee would need to perform the following activities:
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Liaise with clients, finance & technology teams to ensure a smooth flow during the budgeting period
- Reporting & analysis related to budgets
- Provide support & act as a SME on budgeting & outlook process
Partner accounting & reporting
- Track partner related costs in detail
- Reporting & analysis related to partner compensation & disbursements
- Coordinate with various countries for obtaining relevant Partner related information
Others/ General
- Prepare summary dashboards for the management accounts
- Identify & report the gaps & trends to the management & clients
- FTE/ Headcount data reporting
- Co-ordinate with the AP, AR & GL functions, wherever required
- Conduct an in-depth variance analysis
- Customer query handling
- Accruals management
Technical skills requirements
- CA with 1 year or B.Com/CA-Inter/ MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
