The purpose of the role is the manage the Sales & strategy reporting for Property business, Management reporting for Property services helping them to manage capital budgeting, Utility accouting and analysis. This role will report to Head- Property Finance and should manage a team of approx. 10 analysts. The role should drive new analytical initiatives by building a strong working relationship with Property Finance UK - Finance manager & Business analysts and also develop the team to provide qualitative insights and think innovatively.
• Key responsibilty is to manage and support the end to end reporting activities in Property Finance • Interact with the business stakeholders on a regular basis • Define WOW for new reporting requirement • Have a strong understanding of business dynamics which is essential to interpret financial numbers of the Property world • Defines and aligns reporting requirements to keep up with changes in business • Monitor the Utility Accounting, reconciliations & reporting on a periodic basis and ensure the right numbers are presented to UK management • Establish robust controls over the utility accounting processes by interacting with UK Finance and also Property business • Works with C&C, Internal/external auditors to validate process & financial controls • Defines & implements mitigation plan for control gaps in the process • Challenges current ways of working and initiates change to bring in controls & process efficiencies • Review key reports delivered by the team • People management, performance review & people development | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
