Description

 1/ Responsible for Complete FP&A Support to business
•Preparing STRAP, AOP, Quarterly & Monthly Forecast for Domestic Business as well as plant Conversion cost and ensure to deliver on the commitments through working with Cross Functional team .
•Timely and accurately submission of various management reporting required by regional & local leadership team with detailed analysis and finance input.
•Cost productivity and financial discipline through the development of detailed and prudent business plans, the deployment of spend analysis tools, and influence / inspection/validation of these programs.
•Drive cost reduction through India for India product development, local manufacturing & sourcing strategy to reduce overall cost.
•Proactively identifying, communicating and managing potential cost inefficiencies and balance sheet exposure matters.
•SRO/Financial forecast reliability and accuracy.
•Keeping high visibility and provide finance analysis on the weekly Conversion cost.
•Work closely with customer support team and do various reviews to meet Yearly Pricing target.
•Drive ownership of Material Cost; Periodic review of Material Margin.

2/ Complete ownership of Billing activities & Excise Function.
•Provide guidance and support to the team for meeting their respective targets and completing their roles and responsibilities
Excise Compliance - Returns, Statutory Register Maintenance - RG23A, RG23C, RG23D, DSR,
RG1, etc, Audits.
Invoicing for Plant, Export Documentation, Credit Availment, Installation Certificate for Capital
Goods.
Rebate related work, Claims filling, provide documents and information for rebate claims.
Doing daily correspondence with excise department related to containers and other excise
related matters. 

 

Qualifications

 Education Background - Chartered Accountant

Other Qualifications
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Working knowledge on ERP system (SAP Prefrred )
• Working Experience in a MNC will be preferred
