Position Title:
Due diligence Manager
Service line:
Transaction Services, assisting clients in doing Mergers & Acquisitions and making Private Equity investments.
Location:
Bangalore
Profile of work:
Be an integral member of financial due diligence engagements across diverse sectors and type of transactions – cross border, domestic and private equity.
Experience:
Chartered accountant with a minimum of 6 years post qualification experience in carrying out due diligence projects/ statutory audits of medium and large companies.
