CA Experienced as Assistant Manager Finance at Cairn India Ltd



 Job description 
 Key responsibilities 
  Accounting:-
1. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts closing of Shared Service Department,
2. Checking of department accruals, coordinate with departments to ensure proper accounting of all accruals.
3. Audit of shared services.Ensure support of Asset finance in MGA audit by JV partners and auditors.
4. Review of GL to ensure accounting accuracy.
5. Coordinate with ABPO to ensure accounting accuracy.

Budgeting, Reporting & Controlling:-
1. Support in preparation of MGA budget,
2. Monitoring and controlling MGA budget utilization.
3. Preparation of Departmental MIS,
4.Monthly variance analysis and corporate reporting.
5. Play role of a endorser by checking PR, PO, Callouts and PRFs,
6. Ensure compliance of company policies and processes
7. Review of Cost allocation to Joint ventures & Corporate.
