• Should have around 1 - 4 years of experience in M&A, Strategy & Planning or Strategic Initiative function in Technology/large manufacturing conglomerate / consulting Firms/Equity research/private equity
Job Description
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Analyzing acquisition targets and conduct Strategic (Potential Synergies etc) and Financial analysis (Accretion/Dilution Modeling)
• Ability to create an integrated financial model, LBO model
• Expertise in different valuation methodologies
• Identifying market opportunity, competition trends, technology trends
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of Business plan development
• Strategy & Planning for a portfolio of business /corporate services of the Group.
• Scan the environment, analyze the opportunity / risks, and provide strategic alternatives for sustainable growth
• Develop Group/Sector/Business level strategy through portfolio analysis.
• Co-ordinate with the Senior Leadership of the Group/Businesses/Support Functions & drive the process of Strategy formulation & Planning.
• Develop / improve processes, frameworks, tools & techniques to make strategic planning process, world-class
• Business/corporate functions in executing & realizing the Strategic / Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
• Drive the process of formulating Annual Operating Plans (AOP) with appropriate framework.
• Support & or develop processes, frameworks, tools & techniques to monitor the key initiatives for deployment, periodical review, critical analysis with preventive & corrective actions to realize the Operating Plans.
• Co-ordinate the collation of MIS from Businesses/Functions, consolidate at the Group level and provide key in-sights for appropriate actions.
• Supporting providing Analytical support to businesses for identification/evaluation of additional revenue streams / process development / risk management processes.
• Drive & improve the performance of Group Planning Function in adding value.
