About Service Line:

Oracle(JDE/PeopleSoft) Service line is part of Enterprise Applications domain alongwith SAP, CRM and other Enterprise applications.

The OPT streamsstarted in Deloitte India in Nov'2002 and the practice includes highlyexperienced Oracle, JD Edwards Enterprise one, JDEdwards World and PeopleSoftEnterprise professionals. We have provided over 300,000 hours of Client servicework delivered in the areas of remote development, application maintenance andonsite implementation work. We have worked in Consumer Business, Manufacturing,Life Sciences, Technology Media& Communication and Real Estate industryverticals.

Our current openpositions and required qualifications are:

· Oracle AppsFunctional — Consultant/Sr. Consultant

· Experience of 3‑10years on Finance / SCM / Mfg.

· Education: BE, B.Tech, MBA, ICWA, CA, MCA, MTech, MS

Required Skills:

Oracle Application implementation experience in at least 1 end- to-end projectimplementation experience and knowledge of integrated Oracle end- to- endbusiness process. 

Financials - AR, AP, GL, FA, CM, PA. 

Sound functional and business process conceptual skills

Good Verbal & Written communication Skills

Cross functional ability (Financials consultant having perspective of SCM and abroad understanding technical aspects like API's, table structures etc.) 

Ability to absorb and assimilate diverse domain parameters and relate them to thesolution on hand

Appreciation of IT knowledge and relate them to context in solutionpresentation instances

Perseverance and positive attitude to put in extended hours of work, whenrequired

Ability to work to plan and meet timelines; Should be responsive 

Team worker

Documentation & Presentation capabilities

Implement functional solution for a specific area - financials, SCMetc. , consideringthe product depth and relevance to the client processes 

Identify requirements and convert them into solution design 

Facilitate design/ solution workshops

- Deploy appropriate functionality for effective solution based on the businessprocess design

Maintain continuous updation of knowledge on product functionality, newfeatures, related modules etc. , on a pro- active basis 

Plan schedule and achieve them given the relevant/ required operatingenvironment and interfaces with other modules 

Interact with relevant contacts - Oracle Support, client business team,internal consultants, etc. , as Deloitte representative and ensure implementingan optimal solution

Perform the necessary steps as required on a client engagement which mayinclude requirement analysis, fit- gap analysis, instance configuration,business process testing, support, documentation etc. 

Interact with the client, lead consultants, managers and senior managers forproject status reporting etc.
