SAP Financials Consultant with excellent knowledge required for leading solution building in complex multi geography, multi product line environment, with focus on Financial Accounting and country Localization

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Ability to engage with customers and Engagement teams to scope solutions and build customer proposals Leading build of solutions for implementations, process improvisations and process optimization Ability to independently handle customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations Ability to present solutions, solution alternatives, evaluation of alternatives and get customer buy-in on solution alternatives. Managing and leading functional and solution integration across various process areas and functional domains. Clear understanding and ability to handle Training, Data Migration and Validation tracks on projects.

WORK EXPERIENCE

SAP consulting experience including customer facing implementations, roll outs & expert advisory assignments. Should have 5 or more, end to end Process Implementation cycles experience. Experience to include leading teams on projects. Knowledge and experience on SAP Best practice implementations, RDS's is desirable

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Chartered Accountant/ICWA/MBA Finance with 6-9 years of SAP consulting experience in SAP Financials and Management Accounting besides core domain experience of working with established corporate /industry/ audit firms /consulting firms. Strong hands on experience in areas Financials - GL, AR, AP, Bank and Asset Accounting required. Good understanding of country localization requirements for multiple countries with expertise in at least one country Exposure to strong functional domain experience Good exposure to FSCM, Treasury or Advanced Controlling will be an advantage Clear understanding of the functional integration aspects with other SAP Application Components which drive the operations, is expected Certification in the Core area expected; Professional certification will be an advantage Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work well in/with teams and build long term customer relationships Should be Travel ready and able to work with customers/teams across cultures
