Description

To plan, organize and manage all activities of the CFD Accounts Department, Investment Subsidiaries & Retirement Funds including maintenance of books of account, software development, budgetary control system, legal & taxation compliance, MIS and periodic financial results within the time schedule with accuracy and in accordance with the legal requirements and policies of the Company so as to meet the financial objectives of the CFD.

-Plan & control the activities of CFD Accounts to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained as per requirement of applicable Accounting Standards Companies Act & other laws.

-Accountable for Internal Controls

-Accountable for Legal Compliance including Income Tax Wealth Tax Service Tax VAT PF etc

-Accountable for MIS/Reporting/Cost Control

-Accountable for Software development compliances and updation of SOP

-Accountable for Additional job/Assignment

-Plan & control the activities of Retirement Fund and investment subsidiaries to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained as per act.

 

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant - first attempt

 Mandatory Skills Proficient in SAP. Proficient in Accounts. High analytical skills. Good people management skills. Good business communication skills. 

 Indian Rupee (INR)
