Description

Job responsibilities are:-

1. Contractor bill checking and passing - Check and pass all the bills of cotractor as per the terms and condition of contract.

2. Site and physical verification - Ensure site and physical verification of bills and process the bill accordingly.

3. Contract Mangement - Manage contract cell of the unit and ensure that all the procedures and process are followed.

4. Legal Compliances - Ensure 100% compliances of all statutory requirement under applicable laws while executing contracts.

5. Safety - Ensure all safety related terms and conditions factored in contracts as per Contractor Safety Management Module.

 

Qualifications

 Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 Yrs of experience Mandatory Skills 1. Good communication and presentation skills. 2. Good analytical skills. 3. Good Interpersonal skills. 

 Indian Rupee (INR)  

  Reports to: Senior Vice President Infrastructure & Welfare Facilities Well furnished accommodation School Club and Gymnasium Garden and Playground Library and Indoor games facilities. Swimming Pool
