Job Description

1) Analysis of financial Statement for the Construction Contract business vertical

2) Providing meaningful insight in to MIS generated

3) Suggesting modification changes in MIS format generated to suit business requirements / situations

4) Analysis of Project wise profitability

5) Active participation in ABP/SBP

6) Competitor Analysis

7) Risk Assessment

8) Providing input on indirect taxes while tendering, purchasing and invoicing

9) Supporting Outstanding tracking and reconciliation with client Accounts

10) Supporting evaluation of new Investment / project proposals

11) Supporting pricing of tenders

12) Effective use of ERP project module

13) Providing complete assurance to the Management that all sales invoices are prepared in conformity with Contract with customer or purchase order from customer, in accordance with VAT /Service tax / other relevant local statutes. Ensuring accounting of invoices is properly done

14)Understanding applicability of AS7 and guidance note

Qualification Details

 Bachelors in Commerce with Chartered Accountant OR Cost Accountant

Experience Details

 2 Years of work experience

 Relevant Experience with Construction Contracting Company
