Present installed capacity at Kharia Khangar is 6.20 Lacs MTPA of White cement and 4.5 Lac MTPA of Wall Care Putty & other Value Added Products. Recently Birla White has commissioned 4.0 Lac MTPA of Wall Care Putty at Katni. Birla White is a Super Brand (2009-10) both consumer and Industry validated .Birla White exports White Cement to over 26 Countries in the World. All Products are environment friendly. Strategic Planning & Analysis: Prepare & Analyse Strategic plans so as to monitor commercial implications on white cement business.
Accounts Management: Formulate plans and ensure development and implementation of Accounts and Finance Systems in the unit for maintaining financial discipline and achieving cost controls. 
Total Cost Management: Formulate plan to ensure availability of all major inputs at a desired quality at optimum cost and at right time so as to ensure effective management of costs in Manufacturing and in Marketing to achieve higher margins.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure all transactions legally comply with statutory norms in line with existing Laws (Taxation/Excise, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Weights & Measures, and Competition Act, Recovery Cases etc.) to reduce litigation.
IT / System Development: Formulate plans and ensure implementation and up gradation of IT procedure/systems to enable IT support to all functions for facilitating decision making for white cement business including Marketing and GRC Unit.
Logistics: Formulate plans and review so as to ensure cost effective, timely dispatch & delivery of products to customers for sustaining and improving customer delight.
Procurement: Formulate plans and review so as to ensure timely procurement of all major inputs for the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the plant
Stores Management: Formulate plans and review the storage of all raw materials, stores and spares inventory and to minimize inventory carrying cost.
People Management and Development: Ensure care and development of subordinates through guidance/motivation by settling personal example to achieve the Unit Objectives.
Change Management: To implement Change Management practices as crystallised for all Departments under F&C Function  & ensure implementation of WCM in F&C function. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience level: 20 year post qualification experience in Finance and Commercial Function, last 5 years as Functional Head.
