Senior Analysis & Change Project Manager Credit Suisse - Pune, Maharashtra
JOB RESPONSIBLITY:
Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements.
Use the subject matter expertise in PC area to redesign the business processes in order to achieve strategic alignment, efficiencies and business goals.
Serve as a liaison with managers of line functions to identify, define and accurately document business requirements following CS best practise.
Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specificed, and change impact assessments can be made.
Communicates clearly with all stakeholders and demonstrates an understanding of business processes and related issues. Develops multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organisation.
Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing.
Identify, manage and escalate where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design.
Design training and support documentation for new projects.
Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery milestones .

Ability to use quantitative and analytical problem solving skills to break down complex problems and frame them into simple terms.
Strong analytical skills. Able to call upon a wide range of BA skills such as Business Process Modelling (as-is and to-be models), paint poin analysis, cost benefit analysis, user stories, system interaction diagrams & target operating models.
Ability to prioritise tasks across multiple activities, in addition to performing peer reviews for junior Business Analysts.
Familiarity with a variety of software delivery methodologies essential i.e. waterfall, RUP and agile.
Ability influence, develop and motivate self and others. Previous leadership experience desirable.
8-10 yrs experience in Management Consulting/Global Multi-national firm (Financial Services firm preferable).
Product Control Experience and Knowledge.
OE experience.
Green or Black belt in Six sigma certification.
Project Mgmt. experience.
Capital Markets/Derivatives product knowledge.
Strategy & planning experience.
Previous “Change the Bank” experience role.
Mgmt. Consulting experience.
Min. Education requirements.
Bachelor’s degree + Chartered Accountant or CFA Level 1 and above
