Description Financial Reporting Role: Manager/Sr. Manager Exp : 5-9yrs Key Responsibilities: a) Review of Internal control checklists sent by circles. Preparation of summary of details submitted to highlight the deviations from normal practices. b) Discussion on accounting practices to bring standardization in GL accounting. c) Detailed analysis of financial statements for the assigned circles to highlight the variances. Analysis of assigned circle financial statements d) Build up non financials and business KPIs database more exhaustive to make the process of circle analysis more comprehensive and in-depth. e) Benchmarking with other telecom companies f) Analyze disclosures / accounting practices adopted by peers and other blue chip companies, Preparation on non-financial database and benchmarking of financials with other telecom operators g) Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement, h) Periodically finalization of subsidiaries financial statements. i) Co-ordination with auditors for the finalization of accounts.
