Responsibilities
·         Work with manager to ensure comprehensive risk monitoring and control programs are in place.  
·         Develop, track and report key risk & control metrics for pan-India branches
·         Ensure that all Central Bank reports are prepared accurately and submitted in a timely manner
·         Ensure all reconciliations ( inter branch , TX, Due from , RTGS and domestic banks) are reconcile correctly and submit in time
·         Ensure all un-reconcile entries are addressed to concerned department for resolution / reporting till closure    
·         Ensure all cash management internal accounts , pooling and control accounts are monitor and control  
·         Work with Operations, Product and Operational Risk Management group specialists to review risk monitoring and control for existing products.
·         Post implementation risk review of new products after implementation of first mandate to refine controls and reporting
·         Work with business partners to ensure comprehensive vendor evaluation, management program and control for vendors supporting LOB products
·         Work with partners to improve Operating stability
·         Require to monitor risk and exposure for data management , processing , event management , Business Continuity and Risk framework
·         Ensure continuous process are in place for permanent improvement in operational risk profile
·         Have appropriate regulator engagement at operating levels
·         Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance matters
·         Work to improve Concurrent Auditors coverage and quality
·         Drive process improvement projects to reduce operating costs and improve service
·         Develop, track and report key risk & control metrics for pan-India branches
·         Ongoing engagement & partnering with various LOB’s

Requirements
            MBA/CA with 3-4 years of Operations Risk Management Experience preferably in a similar function with other Banks.
·         Working knowledge of Banking regulatory systems / acts / rules & regulations of Reserve Bank of India / SEBI
·         Good people management and Customer service Skills
·         Good Technology knowledge and well familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
·         Demonstrates unwavering  commitment of excellence by anticipating risks and minimizing potential problems
·         Ability to work against stiff deadlines and manage unexpected work pressure
