Manager - F&A at IBM Chennai

Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) provide the following services to the Customers supporting their organization in the areas of financial outsourcing and Vendor Management. Sourcing and Supplier Management Procure to Pay Order to cash Record to Report Financial Planning and Analysis F&A operates from six locations across Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon. Candidate will be working on RTR and FP&A activities including month end close, consolidation of reports / books, budget, forecast, variance analysis.To work under stipulated SLA and close Numbers. - Managing the end to end of Record to Report function -Good understanding of the Month end activities & Reporting functions -Consolidation of reports -Books, budget, forecast, variance analysis -Work under SLA and close Numbers. Skills: - -F&A, R2R -Master in team management -Master in excel & Very sound ERP exposure -Strong communication skills -Good Client management skills -Educational Qualification: -Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant only -Should have post qualification experience as per standard B7 experience. Total Year of Experience – Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in F&A BPO or any other industry in accounting field Required Bachelor's Degree At least 7 years experience in F&A Exposure English: Fluent Preferred Accounting/Finance
