Head of Finance - India South East Asia at Novartis Consumer Health - Thane , Mumbai
Major Accountabilities
Leading the Finance team and active member of the OU Leadership Team
• Responsible for all finance related tasks and matters such as Reporting, Accounting, Tax, Business Planning, Indirect Purchase, IT and Administration in strategic as well as in tactical dimension.
• Ensure implementation of compliance and NFCM/SOX requirements in accordance with Global and Local needs.
• Provide Finance Reports and Insights to the Management Team for taking informed decisions to deliver on agreed Target / LE
• Preparation and coordination of the long and mid-range financial planning
• Ensure financial supervision in context of sales and marketing measures
• Planning, analyzing and controlling of prices and costs and other important financial performance indicator
• Continuous improvement of processes and systems in the area of responsibility
• Supervision and optimization of the IT infrastructure
• Definition of service level and fees with FRA Shared Services organization and ensure service level achievements
• Support all Administration activities of the OU
