Description
To vet the important documents including Contracts and to conduct litigation before various forums including Tribunals High Courts and Supreme Courts particularly in matters pertaining to Labour and Industrial Laws Local Bodies and affairs pertaining to mines so as to safe guard the Companys Interest.-Labour MattersLabour Cases/ Industrial Dispute/ Writ appeal and other petitionsEffective Conduct & speedy disposal of Labour cases/Industrial Dispute Pending before the Labour Court/ Industrial Tribunals High Court and Supreme Courts-Attending to Legal Notices/ Statutory Notices-Legal Knowledge ManagementTo prepare draft opinion on legal issues sent for the In house opinion of V.P.legal from various department/ divisions of Company including power Division at Renusagar and Mines at Lohardaga Samri and Amarkantak.-Legal Vetting of Documents/ContractsEnsuring proper drafting and legal vetting of the contracts and other documents to protect Companys interest in case of any future Litigation/dispute-Cases Reg. Industrial Township/ electricity tax and schoolsTo manage monitor expedite litigations pending before various forums at various locations in Country. Ensuring timely completion of pleadings on behalf of Company with respect to matters relating Companys land Industrial township service tax entry tax electricity and schools.-Cases Pertaining to mines & MineralsTo manage monitor expedite litigations pending before various forums at various locations in Country. Ensuring timely completion of pleadings on behalf of Company with respect to matters relating mines including grant of new mining leases and mineral taxation
