Your client responsibilities
As a part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the employee would need to perform the following activities:
Budgeting and Forecasting
Liaise with clients, finance & technology teams to ensure a smooth flow during the budgeting period
Reporting & analysis related to budgets
Provide support & act as a SME on budgeting & outlook process
Partner accounting & reporting
Track partner related costs in detail
Reporting & analysis related to partner compensation & disbursements
Coordinate with various countries for obtaining relevant Partner related information
Others/ General
Prepare summary dashboards for the management accounts
Identify & report the gaps & trends to the management & clients
FTE/ Headcount data reporting
Co-ordinate with the AP, AR & GL functions, wherever required
Conduct an in-depth variance analysis
Customer query handling
Accruals management

Technical skills requirements
CA with 1 year or B.Com/CA-Inter/ MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
