As a part of our Group Service Center Team, your key responsibilities are:
Supporting GRCA Reporting team in preparation of IFRS reporting schedules. The person will be an individual contributor and will be involved in the preparation of GRCA & FINREP Reports. Interpret IFRS rules and apply in preparation of GRCA reporting schedules and related disclosures The processes require sound understanding of IFRS provisions. Professionals may also be required to take the lead and work on high end systems and various accounting software applications, to deliver reporting and reconciliations.
- GRCA Reporting,
- Preparation & consolidation for Annual Reports & accounts,
- analytical review,
- Review of commentaries
- Conference calls with various sites for clarifications etc..
Experienced professional in supervisory role, responsible for complex reporting and analysis of financial statements, statistics, and regulatory reports; proficient in providing support to business decisions through analysis of business and financial data and execution of critical projects; May also be responsible for complex forecasting and planning. Incumbent may function as an independent contributor directly supporting a specific business or lead a small team (approximately, 1-3 people); can design solutions for specific customers and projects.
Qualifications
. B Com /M Com/ CA(Inter)/ CWA (Inter): 1-5 years
· Ability to understand numbers and their impact, drive and achieve accuracies across reporting deliveries.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word) etc.
· Excellent Communication skills – Both verbal and written
· Good analytical skills , an eye for detail and a drive for quality ,statistical skills to study trends, understand and to interpret
· Numeric information.
· Knowledge of, and experience in planning and organizing techniques as well as in problem solving techniques
· Self-driven
· Flexibility to work in accordance with Business requirements
· Ability to review the work of other team members as assigned by team manager, build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people
· Should be open to shifts and willing to work overtime as per the process requirements.
