Job Description
Rigorous review of trial balance & balance sheet schedules and ensuring the balances are reflecting the true financial position & performance of the organization
Managing the chart of account and continuously improving the same to reflect the changes in management & reporting structure
Understand RBI Reporting / accounting / provisioning requirements & ensure compliance
Active participation in all new products set up. Role includes setting processes for all accounting and system initiatives
Fixed Asset Accounting & review. Managing the Physical Verification of PAN India Branches
Compilation of monthly schedules and circulation of MIS sharing open Items with closure timelines
Preparing Expense Provision at Organizational, Functional & Branch level using various complex Cost Drivers
Process Improvements, Good ERP(Oracle) Knowledge & representing Controllership function in Business Project.
