Experienced CA as Consultant - GRID at PwC Kolkata
· Facilitating development using Private Public Partnership (PPP) mode
· Redefining roles – focus on infrastructure sectors – strengthen policy making and monitoring capability
· Use of technology – reduce cost and improve distribution and delivery of government services
· Institution strengthening – new statutory/ disclosure requirements - need for fiscal discipline, enhancing delivery capacity of the institutions
· Governance - people participation and transparency
· Policy formulation
· Project studies and structuring
· Improvement of operational efficiency
Essential Skills:
· Private Public Partnership (PPP) advisory for government and private sector
· Transaction advisory including bid-process management
· Strong expertise in financial modelling
· Experience in one or more of these sectors - roads and highways, SEZs, industrial estates, urban infrastructure, railways, ports, logistics, etc.
· Willing to travel
· Ability to manage tasks and work with senior officials in government independently
· Excellent report writing skills
