Role Summary/Purpose	Lead Financial Planning and Analysis function for both GE Lighting India and India Innovation Center (IIC), provide financial strategic planning insights, coordinate budgeting and MIS.
Essential Responsibilities	As a leader of FP&A Function for both GE Lighting India and India Innovation Center (IIC), provide financial insights into strategic planning, more specifically : • Help create long range plans and short range forecasts. Tracking progress against plans at a granular level. Recommending actions to get to planned performance for the operating teams. • Partner business to meet business targets on key financial and non-financial matrices. • Lead, develop and generate periodic MIS for management in various business areas. • Analyzing financials and presenting to management the trends, variance and possible action items. • Drive process rigor, predictability, accuracy in financial operations in all line items in P&L and working capital. Work with different stakeholders within the business to identify and execute key opportunities for business to meet its cost targets. • Communicating & presenting the P&L and operating results to local and global finance and operations stakeholders. • Ensure budgetary controllership. • Drive finance process simplification • Understand and pull key business levers through analytical excellence
Qualifications/Requirements	• Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) • 8+ years of relevant work experience in large organizations • Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change • Fluent in written and verbal English communication; • Excellent presentation skills and strong executive presence .
