1. Provide update on Business Intelligence and competitor analysis on developments in real estate market.
2. Gather intelligence on the following to form a strategic / directional call:
City Research for Residential, Retail, Commercial Real Estate
Product research
3. Thorough understanding and reporting of financial statements of competitors
Create decision support financial models to aid the decision making process relating to new ventures, operations, pricing, product, land purchase, fund raising, etc
