Description  This position will be supporting in managing all aspects of corporate accounting including the local tax compliance, liaising and collaborating with other Cargill India business units and functional partners. Will also be responsible for the accounting of transactions in the admin function. Consolidation of financials as per IGAAP and its audit with external auditors Compliance - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for WHT and Service Tax. Liaise with business units as needed to determine appropriate understanding and accounting treatment. • Fast pace working environment • Understanding of Indian and US GAAP • Tight deadlines and the need for multi-tasking • Frequent changes in tax laws - should be updated on this • JDE/SAP understanding • Coordinating with BUs/ Accounting  - Accounting for Transaction in the Function and closing of books in USGAAP and IGAAP Qualifications  Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-2 year experience Proficient in English language Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task. Able to work independently under high pressure with minimal supervision. Proven ability to cope with change Articleship from a reputed CA Firm Handling direct and indirect tax compliances Understanding of India corporate tax Understanding of Indian and US GAAP Knowledge of Cargill accounting policies, JD Edwards and SAP Knowledge of Company and other local laws would be highly advantageous.
