This role is the team lead for the new APAC IB Finance
Reporting and Analysis team in Pune under the captive model.
As the pioneer team lead under the new captive model, the
incumbent is responsible for building up the team and function. This entails
hiring and training of junior analyts, managing the conversion from the vendor
model to captive model, setting up of task framework and participate in
defining the working model with the sending location.
On an on-going basis, the incumbant will be responsible for
the following:
Over-see the team in the production of daily/weekly/monthly
MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, Balance Sheet, RWA, cREV and other financial
KPIs
Ensure smooth execution of various month end close processes
(e.g. accruals, account ownership, MIS journal postings, expense allocations
stats update)
Provide analysis of MI
Assist in processing budget transfers, re-org and
restatements
Adhoc analysis
You Offer...
University degree / Chartered Accountant
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management reporting
Team management experience
Attention to details
Analytical and reporting skills
Profiency in Excel. Knowledge of Essbase is a plus
Good communication skills with ability to liaise at senior
level
