Qualifications
Assest Manager - FP & A
Will be working in the central Planning and Analysis team
for the HTS India to improve operational and financial performance for all
business units you will be expected to prepare the monthly management reporting
and profitability analysis to monitor business performance. You will take the
lead in the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, ensuring accurate
and relevant data is available for the senior management group. Review of
CAPEX, building financial models and providing strategic advice for the long
term investment in the business. It is expected you will drive improvements and
enhancements across all HTS sites analytical capabilities.
Qualified Chartered Accountant, minimum 4-5 years experience
& 2-3 Years relevant Experience.
Job Expectations :
Understand the business strategies and provide highly
relevant insights into business performance.
Lead the completion of the monthly Business Reporting
package.
Preparation and analysis of profitability by platforms and
verticals
Preparation of the Annual Operating Plan
Assist in preparation of STRAP (Strategic Plan)
Create financial models to help the business with strategic
decision making
Skill Requirement :
Expert knowledge of SAP ERP system with specific focus on
FICO
Strong financial analysis skills; ability to think outside
of traditional role to evaluate business implications
Expert level knowledge in Financial Analysis and Reporting
Exposure to Six Sigma Tools is an added advantage
