The position is an opportunity to function as a portfolio analyst as well as manage the accounts, finance and secretarial functions at IFMR Holdings. The prospective employee shall have the following responsibilities:
Assisting the CEO in building the “IFMR Brand”
Portfolio Management:
Conducting due diligence and research on portfolio companies, industries and financial markets
Financial modelling and business planning;
Investor risk reporting;
Making recommendations to investment committee,
Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Sourcing deals
Executing transactions
Managing the accounts function
Corporate Accounting
Preparation of financial reports, annual reports and financial statements
Managing the finance and treasury function
Managing the annual budget process
Preparing relevant financial analysis
